POSITIONS AT POLE FITNESS MIAMI
Applicants to be an instructor at Pole Fitness Miami for our Teacher Training should be outgoing, nurturing, emotionally mature individuals who are committed to teaching and empowering women through movement. Fitness professionals (yoga, Pilates and group fitness instructors), and those with dance backgrounds, such as ballet and modern, are encouraged to apply. Ideally candidates should have knowledge of Pole Fitness Miami’s dance style through attending our classes on a regular basis.
As our classes are physically and mentally demanding, we hold our instructors to an extremely high standard. Therefore, they require a great deal of skills and abilities including:
Physical - endurance (stamina to train up to 6 hours per day and teach 6 hours per day- sometimes but at least 3 hours a day), flexibility and the ability to demonstrate clean, crisp feminine movement, as well as the strength to pull up and hold body weight repeatedly.
Emotional/mental - insight, perception, compassion, patience, observant, nurturing, maturity, exciting, engaging, and confident.
Other – responsible work habits, trustworthy, able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
